Many of you have been asking questions about the major development proposal that threatens to impact our village. In response, the Parish Council has organised a public meeting to discuss our collective response and the next steps forward.

We strongly encourage everyone to attend. We will be joined by our District Councillor, Louise Peace, who is firmly supporting our position. The more voices we have raising objections, the stronger our case will be to oppose this planning application.
Some may feel that the outcome is already decided, but if we don’t stand together and challenge this — and any future developments — our village and parish risk becoming just another part of Hitchin’s expanding borders.
Let’s unite and make our voices heard.
