Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of Ickleford Parish Council will take place on Wednesday 12th February 2025 at 7pm to be held at Ickleford Village Hall for the purpose of transacting the business set out in the agenda below and members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend this meeting. Members of the press and public are invited to attend. A Councillor will be available between 6.45pm and 7pm to discuss any matter relating to the parish.

3.1 To receive declarations of interest from councillors relating to items on the agenda

4 Minutes of the Last Meeting
4.1 To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meetings held on 8th and 31st January.
5 Co-option to fill one casual vacancy on Ickleford Parish Council
5.1 To resolve to proceed with the co-option process to fill one casual vacancy
5.2 If item 5.1 resolved, to co-opt a new Councillor following the process in the Co-option Policy
5.3 If appointed, the new Councillor to sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office in front of the Proper Officer to take up his/her seat on Ickleford Parish Council
5.4 The appointed Councillor to complete the Register of Members Interests’ Form and return to the Proper Officer
5.5 If the appointed Councillor wishes to receive the meeting summons (agenda) in electronic form, he/she should also sign a consent form noting a specified email address for this and return to the Proper Officer

9.1 To receive updates on the RHCG and maintenance of the natural river environment.
9.2 To provide feedback on Ickleford Sports and Recreation Club including the sub-underlease between the Parish Council and the Scouts Association; the retrospective licence for the lift; and to approve the cost of the builder to remove and replace tarmac for trial pit to assess
foundation detail and soil conditions; and approve any other actions.
9.3 To receive updates on Rights of Way and approve any actions.
9.4 To receive updates on Highways matters including Cadwell Bridge.
9.5 To receive an update on the building waste by the allotments at Little Park.
9.6 To discuss the VE Day commemorative event and approve any actions; to approve members of and Terms of Reference for a working party for arrangements of the event.
9.7 To consider funding the ongoing collection from the bin at FP10 by Cadwell Bridge.
