3 Declaration of Interests
3.1 To receive declarations of interest from councillors relating to items on the agenda
3.2 To receive written requests for dispensation for declarable interests; and
3.3 To grant any requests for dispensation as appropriate
4 Emergency power
4.1 To discharge functions of Ickleford Parish Council to the Clerk, in consultation with the
Chairman, as an emergency measure during the coronavirus outbreak (LGA 1972 s101 (1))
4.2 To amend Financial Regulations 4.1 to read, in addition to existing authority: ‘the Clerk, in
conjunction with Chairman of Council, for any items up to £5,000’.
