Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of Ickleford Parish Council will take place on Thursday 2nd November 2023 at 7.00pm to be held at Ickleford Village Hall for the purpose of transacting the business set out in the agenda below and members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend this meeting. Members of the press and public are invited to attend. A Councillor will be available between 6.45pm
and 7.00pm to discuss any matter relating to the parish.

9.1 To retrospectively approve the installation of a drain cover by Ringway/Hertfordshire Highways at the play area car park.
9.2 To approve the cost of cutting back the hedge on Chambers Lane at Arnolds Farm.
9.3 To approve the cost of a Christmas tree for Upper Green and agree arrangements for the lights switch-on event.
9.4 To approve the refund for the cost of a poppy wreath for the Remembrance Day ceremony and agree Parish Council representation at the ceremony.
9.5 To discuss the fireworks event at the ISRC and approve any actions.
9.6 To discuss residents’ complaints at Lavender Grange play area and approve any actions.
9.7 To consider and approve the grant request from Ickleford Village Hall.
