8 Review of Standing Orders and Financial Regulations
8.1 Standing Orders and Financial Regulations have been reviewed and circulated to all Councillors. Councillors to agree any amendments and adopt.

9 Appoint, as required, the following representatives for the ensuing council year:

9.2 Appointment of representative(s) for Ickleford Village Hall Committee
9.3 Appointment of representative(s) for Ickleford Sports and Recreation Club Committee

10 Review of insurance cover arrangements and asset register
10.1 The Clerk has reviewed insurance arrangements and the asset register. The asset register has been circulated to all Councillors. Councillors to agree any amendments and adopt.

11 Review of Finance Risk Assessment
11.1 The Finance Risk Assessment has been reviewed and circulated to all Councillors. Councillors to agree any amendments and adopt.

12 Review of the Council’s and Clerk’s memberships of other bodies
12.1 Ickleford Parish Council is currently a member of HAPTC (including NALC affiliation), SLCC/ALCC, CPRE, Open Spaces and ICO (the Information Commissioner); Councillors to approve the cost of ongoing membership of the above organisations.

13 Review of the Complaints Procedure, Safeguarding Policy, Social Media Policy and the Freedom of Information Policy and Procedure
13.1 The Complaints Procedure, Freedom of Information Policy and Procedure, Safeguarding Policy and the Social Media Policy have been reviewed and circulated to all Councillors. Councillors to agree any amendments and adopt. Two new Volunteer Guidelines policies have been created alongside the Safeguarding Policy; Councillors to approve and adopt.

14 Review of the Parish Council’s responsibilities to comply with data protection legislation
14.1 The Clerk has reviewed the Parish Council’s responsibilities in this regard. Councillors to approve any amendments to ensure compliance with data protection legislation.

15 Calendar of meeting dates for the ensuing council year
15.1 Councillors to agree and approve dates for the remainder of 2021-22, with the provision for amendment of dates due to potential future Government restrictions being applied due to the ongoing pandemic.

16 On-going Projects
16.1 Neighbourhood Plan – to receive updates and approve any actions
16.2 Maintenance of the natural river environment in Ickleford and the RHCG – to receive updates and approve any actions
16.3 Ickleford Sports and Recreation Club, including a Parish Council donation for cost of a clock for the exterior of the clubhouse – to receive updates and approve any actions
16.4 Rights of Way: footpaths and bridleways, including the pathway to Hyde Mill at the end of Laurel Way – to receive updates and approve any actions
16.5 Traffic Calming along Arlesey Road – to receive updates and approve any actions
16.6 OWL and Neighbourhood Watch – to receive updates and approve any actions
16.7 Play area – to receive an update and approve any actions
16.8 Little Park – to receive updates and approve any actions
16.9 Book exchange – to receive updates and approve any actions
16.10 New litter bins and dog bins around the village – to receive updates and approve any actions

17 New Matters
17.1 Tree Preservation Order for the lime tree on Turnpike Lane – to receive information and approve any actions, including the request from residents to send an official Parish Council letter of application for a TPO on behalf of residents.
