Ask For Angela Scheme
Did you know that if you feel unsafe during a date or on a night out you can seek help from bar staff through the Ask For Angela scheme?
If you have concerns about the behaviour of someone you have met up with and feel uncomfortable, simply ask a staff member if you can “speak to Angela”
Staff can then assist you in leaving the venue discreetly and getting home or to a place of safety.
The scheme is running at a number of venues across Hertfordshire, many of which will be displaying signage.
