The ‘Save Lower Green Farm’ group has launched an e-petition to persuade Hertfordshire County Council not to sell Lower Green Farm to the highest bidder. They need as many signatures as possible in order to improve the reach of their cause. Here’s the link:

Anyone over the age of 11 who lives or works in all of Hertfordshire who supports the petition can sign. The total number of signatures will be counted at midnight on 2nd February.
If there are enough signatures, the Save Lower Green Farm group can, as part of the democratic process, have a small say when the council debates the sale at a meeting on 8th February. They have come up with 3 options or outcomes for the benefit of Ickleford residents.
