Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of Ickleford Parish Council will take place on Thursday 11th July 2024 at 7pm to be held at Ickleford Village Hall for the purpose of transacting the business set out in the agenda below and members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend this meeting. Members of the press and public are invited to attend. A Councillor will be available between 6.45pm and 7pm to discuss any matter relating to the parish.

3.1 To receive declarations of interest from councillors relating to items on the agenda

10 New Matters
10.1 To re-appoint members of the Staffing Committee after written requests from five Councillors to change the decision made at the May meeting. If only three members are to be appointed, to further resolve to amend the Terms of Reference for the Committee to reflect this.
10.2 To appoint representatives to the Burial Ground Trust
10.3 To approve the return of all fees and deposits for the marquee hire in May
10.4 To consider a request to support the registration of 2 Lower Green as an AoCV
10.5 To consider a request by the Village Hall Committee to move the Parish Council meeting to a different day of the week
10.6 To approve backdated and ongoing mileage expenses
10.7 To discuss work required at the allotments and to grant permission for a gate to allow direct access to plots 5 and 6.
10.8 To discuss the CDA Herts Active Villages initiative and approve any actions
10.9 To discuss dates for the Christmas tree lighting event and approve any actions
10.10 To discuss the VE Day anniversary in 2025.
