River Hiz Tuesday 2nd July
Tomorrow, the Environment Agency Fisheries Monitoring team will be carrying out a fish population survey to assess the water quality in the River Hiz on Ickleford Common. The team will be there from around 10am and should finish around 2pm. Part of their work will include fishing, which is prohibited in the Hiz; however it is essential to their work and they will have the necessary permits. Thank you for your understanding.
