Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of Ickleford Parish Council will take place on Thursday 6th April 2023 at 7.00pm to be held at Ickleford Village Hall for the purpose of transacting the business set out in the agenda below and members of the Council are hereby summoned to
attend this meeting. Members of the press and public are invited to attend. A Councillor will be available between 6.45pm and 7.00pm to discuss any matter relating to the parish.

9 New Matters

9.2 To resolve to tender for an approved supplier of tree services including providing a report of all trees for which the Parish Council is responsible.
9.3 To approve the formation of a Staffing Committee.
9.4 Ickleford Equestrian Centre – to discuss and to resolve to write to HCC to offer our support in maintaining this important Parish amenity.

Section 73 Application : Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans and details) of planning permission 22/00172/FP granted 28/03/2022 for the erection of one detached four bedroom dwelling with associated access, car parking and hard and soft landscaping following the
demolition of existing structures and hardstanding.

Install 3no. 300mm chimney pots with associated cowls and bird guards to triple flue stack of large internal chimney. Conditional listed building consent granted.
