 Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of the Ickleford Parish Council will be taking place on Wednesday 13th May at 19.30pm to be held at the Ickleford Village Hall for the purpose of transacting the business set out in the agenda below and members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend this meeting.  Members of the press and public are invited to attend.  A Councillor will be available between 18.45 and 19.00 to discuss any matters privately, relating to the Parish.

220.5          To discuss and approve the repair/replacement of Sports Club Ground fencing.

220.6          Update on Outline Application 25/02401/OP Erection of up to 100 dwellings with means of                       access from Turnpike Lane.

220.7          To receive update on Allotments.

221.1          To discuss and approve the Parish Council’s response to the proposed bus timetable            changes, including the impact on residents and whether to submit a formal objection or representation to Stagecoach.

221.2          To discuss and approve a request for a Parish Council grant of £150 towards the cost of a        Christmas lunch for St Katharine’s 60+ Group

221.3          To discuss and approve the request for a Parish Council grant of £200 towards the cost of running the Icklefest and use of Upper Green for the event, together with access to the Parish Council’s electricity supply.

221.4          To discuss and approve a request for a Parish Council grant of £1700 towards the cost of maintaining the Lebanon Cedar Trees in prime condition in St Katharine’s Church Yard.
