Notice is hereby given that there will be an Extraordinary Meeting of Ickleford Parish Council on Wednesday June 22nd 2022 at 11.00am at St Katharine’s Church for the purpose of transacting the business set out in the agenda below and members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend this meeting. 5 Use of new marquee by residents and organisations of Ickleford
5.1 To discuss and approve a new policy for the wider use of the marquee recently purchased by the Parish Council
6 Annual accounts 2021-22
6.1 To approve the annual accounts for 2021-22
6.2 To approve the internal auditor’s report for 2021-22 and any actions to be taken
6.3 To approve the Annual Governance Statement for 2021-22
6.4 To approve the Accounting Statement for 2021-22
6.5 To agree the dates for the public rights period for the 2021-22 accounts
