Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of Ickleford Parish Council will take place on Thursday December 1st at 6.30pm to be held at Ickleford Village Hall for the purpose of transacting the business set out in the agenda below and members of the Council are hereby summoned to
attend this meeting. Members of the press and public are invited to attend. A Councillor will be available between 6.15pm and 6.30pm to discuss any matter relating to the parish.

1 Apologies for Absence
1.1 To receive and approve apologies for absence

2 Chairman’s Notice
2.1 To announce notice on openness and transparency at this meeting

3 Declaration of Interests
3.1 To receive declarations of interest from councillors relating to items on the agenda
3.2 To receive written requests for dispensation for declarable interests
3.3 To grant any requests for dispensation as appropriate

4 Co-option to fill 1 (one) casual vacancy on Ickleford Parish Council
4.1 To resolve to proceed with the co-option process to fill the 1 (one) casual vacancy
4.2 To co-opt a new Councillor following the process in the Co-option policy, should the Council resolve to do so in item 4.1
4.3 The appointed Councillor to sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office in front of the Proper Officer to take up their seat on Ickleford Parish Council
4.4 The appointed Councillor to complete the Register of Members Interests’ Forms and return to the Proper Officer
4.5 If the appointed Councillor wishes to receive the meeting summons (agenda) in electronic form, they should sign a consent form noting a specified email address for this and return it to the Proper Officer

9.1 Neighbourhood Plan – to receive information and approve any actions
9.2 Maintenance of the natural river environment in Ickleford – to receive updates and approve any actions

9.4 Rights of Way: footpaths and bridleways – to receive updates and approve any actions
9.5 Highways matters, including traffic calming solutions for the south end of the village as well as Cadwell Bridge and the NHDC LCWIP – to receive updates and approve any actions.

9.7 Play area – to approve one of three received quotes for replacement of the safety surfacing and to apply for the remaining S106 funds for the play area
