Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of Ickleford Parish Council will take place on Tuesday 29th April 2025 at 10am to be held at Ickleford Village Hall for the purpose of transacting the business set out in the agenda below and members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend this meeting. Members of the press and public are invited to attend. A Councillor will be available between 9.45am and 10am to discuss any matter relating to the parish.

3.1 To receive declarations of interest from councillors relating to items on the agenda

3.3 To grant any requests for dispensation as appropriate

4.1 To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 9th April
5 Public Participation Session
5.1 Members of the press and public have the opportunity to have an open discussion with the Parish Council
6 Finance
6.1 To approve the change of bank signatories and to sign the paperwork to send to Unity Trust Bank to carry out the amendments
7 Ongoing Matters
7.1 To approve the final arrangements for the VE Day event
8 Staffing Matters
8.1 To resolve that under Section 1 of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 the public and press should be excluded from items 8.2 and 8.3 of this agenda in view of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
8.2 To approve the final settlement figure and payment date.
8.3 To approve the overtime accrued by the Clerk during April 2025.
8.4 To resolve to inform DCK Payroll Solutions of the final payments as per items 8.2 and 8.3 for deduction of tax, NI and pension contributions where relevant.
8.5 To agree the handover date for all files and office equipment.
