Notice is hereby given that an extra meeting of Ickleford Parish Council will take place on Friday 31st January 2025 at 2pm to be held at Ickleford Village Hall for the purpose of transacting the business set out in the agenda below and members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend this meeting. Members of the press and public are invited to attend. A Councillor will be available between 1.45pm and 2pm to discuss any matter relating to the parish.

6.3 To pass all original documents relating to the ISRC and common land to the Clerk to hold on behalf of the Parish Council as per the Records Management Policy
6.4 To discuss updates regarding registration of the recreation ground and approve any actions.
6.5 To discuss the Parish Council files and other items stored at the Village Hall in cupboards and the loft and approve any actions
